Pre-loved vintage items may show some signs of age, wear, or use. Any signs of imperfections will be disclosed in the item description.                                                

We are not subject to international customs, duties, or fees. These fees vary based on your country's import policies.                   

Items ship within 3 business days.

Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Signature upon delivery is required.

The Eris Vintage is not responsible for shipping delays, items lost in shipment, or items that have been delivered but not received by the recipient.
